Apercevoir_NY comprises multiple bio-hybrid installations that detect, analyze, and interconnect the biological responses of sensitive plants to environmental changes. By integrating the perspectives of various sensing units, the work constructs a sensing network capable of calculating human audience activity and the environmental changes within the space. This network dynamically generates a corresponding sound field through the sonification of biosignals. Additionally, the work incorporates multiple resonance devices to link human perception to the system. Through these devices, human senses become one element within a broader ecological network, where life signals flow beyond individual organisms, creating an interconnected web of sensing, feedback, and collective interaction across species.
