The exhibition LIGHTTHESIS is as much an exploratory journey across the subject-object relation as an experience of rediscovering objects. We transformed its previous electronic signal-based interpretation of biological systems, and developed the brand new series Lichtung that revolves around the difference between the physical universeand human sensory limitations. This series seeks to translate the transmission process of “energy” between matter and organisms. By analyzing their interrelationships, this series reconstructs them through decoding and recoding, insofar as to arrive at another level of discourse and understanding of sensory experience.
